First, the ladies need to have the "classic look" of a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. Kelli's hair and make-up transformations are legendary. The ladies are also assessed through a new state of the art fitness test, "Styku".

Empty Your Bucket
44 women begin the very first training camp at the new 1 billion dollar Cowboys' facility, The Star. At the First Meeting, Kelli lays down the law and makes it clear that eight women will be sent home this summer.

Finals
