Gerry O'Toole, a beautiful Irish girl who is a friend of Darrin's aunt arrives for a visit and announces she plans to stay with the Stephens until she gets a job.
Aunt Clara baby-sits with Tabitha Stephens and Timothy Tate when their parents go to the theatre.
Endora tells Samantha that her aunts are coming to the Stephens' home to test Tabitha's powers of witchcraft.
Samantha still hasn't found the courage to tell Darrin Tabitha is a witch.
Dr. Koblin reports that Tabitha is a normal baby. But, Samantha sees a toy pony floating in the air to Tabitha when she wiggles her fingers, and realizes the baby has inherited her witchcraft.
Darrin reacts violently when he finds Brian O'Brian, a sprightly leprechaun, a guest in his home. Samantha tells him that Brian is not her relative but the leprechaun of Darrin's family. Brian reveals he has come to recover his pot of gold which was hidden in a fireplace brought to America by James Dennis Robinson. Darrin finds that Robinson owns a company whose account would be a great asset to Darrin's agency. Brian breaks into Robinson's house to retrieve the gold and is arrested. Darrin allows Samantha to use her magic to get Brian out of jail. Brian pleads with Samantha to help him recover his pot of gold which will restore his lost powers. Pledging Brian never to tell Darrin, Samantha returns with him to the Robinson's house. Robinson finds them in his study and reveals he has already removed the pot from the fireplace. Samantha is sur-prised when Robinson tells her he believes the leprechaun's story because his grandfather was a Mahoney, and returns Brian's pot of gold. Brian agrees to allow Robinson to use his picture as a trade mark if Robinson turns his advertising over to Darrin.
Samantha tries unsuccessfully to make her own dress for an affair at the home of an agency client, J.T. Glendon. Whisking Samantha to Paris, Endora takes her to the showroom of Aubert, a couturier who has failed in his attempts to break into the American market. Back home, Samantha uses magic to duplicate an Aubert original. Doris, J.T,'s wife admires the dress. Suddenly. Samantha finds herself committed to making dresses for Doris, J.T.'s sister, Ethel, and Gladys Kravitz. Darrin reveals J.T.'s party is a preview of original creations by his new client, Aubert. Samantha is stunning but the other three women look awful in their creations. Aubert faints when he sees the women wearing his "originals." Later Darrin tells Samantha that Aubert, certain he has been doublecrossed, is suing the agency. Samantha convinces Aubert that he has failed in the American market because he hasn't created dresses for women like Doris and Gladys. With Aubert designing, Samantha finishes dresses for another show in which even Gladys is a standout.
For his birthday, Endora decides to make three of Darrin's wishes come true. Unaware of the gift, Darrin gets immediate elevator service in his office building, and they see a bikini-clad beauty. An important client, Randolph Turgeon, insists on seeing Larry Tate, who is in Chicago. Wishing he were Larry for just one day, Darrin immediately turns into his boss. Turgeon introduces Darrin-Larry to his niece, Joyce, who wants a job with the agency. Louise Tate, who thinks her husband is with another woman, slaps her face, and makes him come home. Darrin phones Samantha for help. She arrives immediately, but is un-able to remove the spell. Just as Samantha is telling Darrin--Larry the spell will be over in fifteen minutes, Larry himself walks in. Hoping to keep the confusion from getting worse, Samantha puts Louise to sleep, and tells Larry his wife has been sleep-walking. Safe at home, Samantha tells Darrin Louise will feel she dreamed the whole episode. She asks Darrin what his first two wishes were. He mentions the elevator but decides to forget the girl in the bikini.
Joe Kovack makes a play for Samantha in a restaurant. Darrin rushes to her defense. Realizing Darrin faces certain slaughter, Samantha twitches her nose and Joe falls to the floor, Since Joe is Number One contender for the heavyweight title, newspapers hail Darrin as a coming champ. Darrin pleads with Samantha to let him fight, his own battles. Then, Joe and his Manager, trying to regain a crack at a lucrative championship bout, approach Darrin with a plan for a make-believe bout in which Joe pretends to knock Darrin out. Again, Darrin with the uncalled-on help of Samantha K.O.'s Joe. Finally, Darrin runs into Tommy Carter, the champ-himself. An unplanned for scuffle takes place. Tommy trips and knocks himself out. Later, Larry Tate tells Darrin he has solved the problem by hiring Tommy. Tommy's first assignment is to fight a four-round bout for charity. Darrin quakes at learning that Tommy is to choose his opponent. However, he sadly concludes that with Samantha insisting on being his second, he can't help winning again.
Shopping for antiques, Samantha is intrigued by an old chair which moves about to catch her attention.
