Speed tracks down the assassin gang to an old oriental castle but ends up being captured by assassins who were awaiting him. Beneath the castle was the assassins' hideout, where officials and diplomats who had come to Japan for the peace conference were also captured.

At a stormy night, Lamster, a man who escaped from prison, arrives at the home of Delicia, Spritle's girlfriend who is blind. The next day, Lamster forces Speed who showed up to Delicia's house, to drive the Mach 5 to Big Baldy Mountain, where the stolen money is hidden.
After being struck on the head by a falling rock, Calcia has come to believe herself to be Cleopatra, and has built a kingdom with her followers in the ruins. Trixie is now captured as a hostage, and Speed is threatened to retrieve the statue of Izis atop the Pyramid in a limited time.
During a race in a desert, Speed meets Dr. Bone, an old archaeologist who was critically injured. It turns out that he was attacked during his search for his daughter, Calcia, who has disappeared after discovering Cleopatra's Tomb. Speed decides to fulfill Dr. Bone's last request to find Calcia.
Speed goes for a drive with Trixie and makes a new friend named Jeanine. Jeanine is a girl who is fond of automobiles and aspires someday to become a racer. However, it turns out that her father despises cars and drivers because he has lost his son in a car accident.
During the race, Spritle is mistaken for Prince Jam and is attacked, making him fall to the bottom of a valley. The King and his aides believe that the Prince has died. As the manufacture of the car, Pops Racer is blamed for the accident, and he and his family are arrested.
Speed chases Dr. Nitecol and Lorena, who has framed Speed as the culprit. Then, a fake Mach 5 appears in front of Speed. He chases the fake Mach 5 which can fly and is equipped with weapons that the original Mach 5 does not have. Speed discovers an underwater base of a gang plotting to conquer the world.
While the Bakugan Battle Brawlers continue their search for the Infinity Core, Shun becomes convinced that someone is spying on them.
Soon after Dan and his friends meet Julie face to face for the first time, Julie and Shun are dragged into a battle with two of Masquerade's agents, who also happen to know Julie.
Lured by an invitation to celebrate their world-class rankings, five of the top ten Bakugan players gather at a mysterious mansion.
Dan and Drago are face to face with Mag Mel and Razenoid, and the two sides square off in a fierce battle.
Dan and Drago strike out on their own to confront Mag Mel. Shun gives chase and tries to stop him.
The Battle Brawlers race to Gundalia to aid in the fight against Mag Mel and his invading horde of Chaos Bakugan.
Under Marucho's leadership, the Brawlers attempt to delete the Chaos Bakugan from the Interspace.
Dan and Drago return from New Vestroia to help the Battle Brawlers defend the Interspace from the rampaging Chaos Bakugan.
In a fierce battle against Sellon on Neathia, Dan and Drago summon Mechtogan Zenthon for help.
Marucho and Shun's quarrel over Shun's excessive battling comes to a head when the two teammates square off in a championship match.
