Escaping war, a young girl finds a lone surviving infant and decides to raise him as her son.

Deemo is a lonely individual who lives in solitude, playing the piano in a castle. One day, a girl who has lost her memory falls from the sky. Wanting to help her recover her memories and return to her world, Deemo discovers that a tree kept atop the piano will grow whenever the piano is played.

Tamaki Tsuru, a freshman at Aonagi University, was overzealous about volleyball when she was in high school. Following a romantic rejection due to being an athletic girl, she joined the tennis club in college to be less athletic. One day, she accidentally hits Daisuke with a tennis ball as he was transporting a glider, causing damage to it. Tamaki was charged with a repair cost of two million yen, but as she couldn't pay the amount, she joins the sports association aviation club as a helper.

Two lowly battlers named Dion and Lucas are gifted a trio of mysterious Bakugan that, unbeknownst to them, come from the evil Mag Mel.

Marucho and Shun discover that Dan and Drago have been training in secret. They are concerned about Dan's ability to lead the Brawlers.

As Dan and Drago continue to be haunted by dark visions, they struggle to find the link between Drago's power and the Mechtogan.

Dan and Drago begin a rigorous training regimen as they attempt to get Drago's newly inherited powers under control.

As the Brawlers face off against Mechtavius Destroyer in the battle to end all battles, Dragonoid Destroyer pulls a surprise maneuver.

The Brawlers travel back in time with the help of Professor Worton in an attempt to undo the destruction caused by Mechtavius Destroyer.

After attacking Bakugan City, Mechtavius Destroyer invades New Vestroia. The Bakugan put up a brave fight but are no match for his strength.

Gadge is the father of Gismo, a boy Speed met at a car show. Gadge has a grudge against Speed as he was fired from his team after losing a race to Speed, and he has devoted himself to "car wrestling," in which cars smash and destroy each other. Speed joins the "Pineapple Grand Prix," a series of grueling courses. In honor of the legend that originated the race, racers are obligated to carry pineapples during the race. Then, it turns out that one of the pineapples has a stolen jewel inside.

There is an ongoing mystery that unmanned cars suddenly drive away and disappear. To date, 48,000 cars have gone missing. The police request Speed to track down those unmanned cars as they are not able to catch them. Speed discovers and chases the empty cars, but loses sight of them on his way.

Marucho finds himself in a desert with Elfin. After falling into quicksand, he is rescued by Volt who later engages in a battle.

While Mira and Baron help out at Runo's family's cafe, Ace, Shum and Marucho head to Beta City to shut down the controller.

Dan, Runo, Mira, Baron, Lync, Gus and Spectra all make it through the gate and end up on Earth.

The members of the Resistance begin making their way to Beta City. Runo has had enough of waiting for Dan to return to Earth.
