1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using caigi.app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Is

caigi.app is an electronic programme guide (EPG) and movie/TV-show information directory. We aggregate publicly available channel schedules and metadata from multiple third-party EPG and playlist providers, and we display movie and TV-series information (posters, cast, ratings, descriptions) sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) and other public APIs.

caigi.app does not host, stream, upload, or distribute any video, audio, or broadcast content.Channel and programme entries link out to information only; any playback of live TV or on-demand content happens on the broadcaster's or third party's own platform, outside of our control.

3. Third-Party Content & No Affiliation

Channel names, logos, programme titles, descriptions, and artwork remain the property of their respective broadcasters, publishers, and rights holders. Movie and TV metadata is provided courtesy of TMDB and other third-party sources and may contain inaccuracies or delays that are outside our control. caigi.app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any broadcaster, channel, or content owner referenced on the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service in a way that degrades it for other users;
  • attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting measures;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, and original text are owned by caigi.app. All trademarks, logos, and content belonging to third parties (broadcasters, TMDB, advertisers) remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Schedule times, availability, and metadata are supplied by third parties and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, caigi.app and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including reliance on inaccurate programme schedules or third-party content.

8. Advertising

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
