"It's okay to cry" After confirming Yeongjae's death, Jeonghu loses it and runs away. Munho does all he could to stop Jeonghu, and promises to make them pay, but Jeonghu doesn't trust him. After hearing his master's final words, Jeonghu hides from the world, and Yeongsin is desperate to find him. Then, a mysterious person comes to her...
"I'm waiting" Yeongsin begins to suspect Bongsu's true identity and finds the proof she's looking for. The one thing that put a stop to Jeonghu's rage was Yeongsin's name. Munho tells Jeonghu whom they are up against, and Jeonghu decides to follow for the time being, although he is dissatisfied with Munho's methods. However, Munsik begins to cross the line in order to protect his castle.
"I don't know how to run away" Jeonghu decides to be aggressive to uncover the truth, and discovers a shocking truth. He explodes at Munho and tells him to stay out of their lives. When Jeonghu shows up in the middle of the night, Yeongsin provides food and lodging, and feels confused about him. Munsik suspects Jeonghu's identity and sets a trap Jeonghu cannot avoid, in order to confirm whether or not he is indeed the Healer.
"In the darkness" Unaware that Munho suspects Bongsu, Jeonghu goes to see Munho as the Healer. Munho plans to use Jeonghu, and Jeonghu wants to clear his father's name and agrees to the proposal. In the midst of it all, Jeonghu receives an email from Yeongsin. Yeongsin learns that the Healer is suspected of murder, but she still trusts him and goes to meet him...

Once she finds out that a big shot is behind Yunhui, Yeongsin struggles with whether or not to write the story. Jeonghu monitors Yeongsin in order to catch the person who framed him, and notices another person watching Yeongsin: Munho.
"Destiny fulfilled" Munho makes a second request to Healer: to find out everything about Chae Yeongsin. While investigating Yeongsin, Jeonghu learns one thing about her past. The client, Jeonghu met on the subway was found dead, and Healer is named the prime suspect. Minja warns Jeonghu to wrap up, but Jeonghu finds some interesting things in Yeongsin's vicinity...

Ije tells everyone that he intends to get Jaehwan a stay of execution by getting him diagnosed with Huntington's disease, an illness that Lee Deokseong had. When Jaejun begins to threaten Minsk's family, Minsik reaches out to Ije. Uisik finds out a suspicious connection to Taegang while looking into Jeonghui's case.
Jaejun tries to stop Jaehwan's stay of execution by planting Doctor Choi Donghun in the West Seoul Prison. Meanwhile, Jeonghui gives Uisik the video of Jaejun trying to kidnap Bit.
Minsik gets investigated on suspicion of breaking the Pharmacy Law and realizes that this was part of Ije's plan. Meanwhile, Ije gets appointed as the new medical director of West Seoul Prison.
Ije, Hyesu, Sangchun, and Jeonghui begin to plan a way to retaliate against Minsik. Minsik tells Jaejun that Ije will be investigated and sets a trap to hunt him down.
Ije plans to get Seokwoo released by making it seem like he has Wilson's disease. Meanwhile, Uisik goes to Jeonghui, suspecting collusion between her and Ije.
Minsik tries to use Sangchun to cut off Ije's hand, but Ije persuades Sangchun, saying that he will help Sangchun meet his daughter. Meanwhile, Sogeum finds out that Ije injected a drug into Bit before he disappeared.
Ije tells Sogeum of his plans to gain power through the VIPs in the prison's Special Sector. Sogeum, however, is unimpressed with Ije's intentions. Minsik and Ije each attempt to get the list of investors before the other does.
Minsik accuses Sangchun of helping Ije plan Jaehwan's car accident and gives him an overdose of insulin. Ije saves Sangchun after arriving at the prison. Meanwhile, Ije continues to put pressure on Minsik to give up his position as the prison's chief medical officer.
