Chim Chim is kidnaped by a mysterious group. He is held captive at a mansion, forced onto a go-cart and given a strange drug. Astonishingly, Chim Chim begins driving the go-cart at high speed. Meanwhile at a racing circuit, an unbelievably fast car appears in front of Speed.

Speed struggles with the Snake Track, a course with seven tough curves. He drives his car without a clue and finds a man called Rock Force, who outmaneuvered a mysterious car that has chased after him by driving on two wheels. Now Speed believes that he should learn technique for the race from Rock.
After being struck on the head by a falling rock, Calcia has come to believe herself to be Cleopatra, and has built a kingdom with her followers in the ruins. Trixie is now captured as a hostage, and Speed is threatened to retrieve the statue of Izis atop the Pyramid in a limited time.
During a race in a desert, Speed meets Dr. Bone, an old archaeologist who was critically injured. It turns out that he was attacked during his search for his daughter, Calcia, who has disappeared after discovering Cleopatra's Tomb. Speed decides to fulfill Dr. Bone's last request to find Calcia.
During the race, Spritle is mistaken for Prince Jam and is attacked, making him fall to the bottom of a valley. The King and his aides believe that the Prince has died. As the manufacture of the car, Pops Racer is blamed for the accident, and he and his family are arrested.
Shun guides the team through the Alternative, where the Brawlers fend off an attack from four mysterious Bakugan before they can shut down the ship's reactor.
Keith has gone to the palace, but having no way to find said palace the Resistance is stuck.
Hydron discovers that a fellow prisoner is none other than Gus Grav, who was presumed dead.
Mylene finds herself next in line to try and retrieve the data Zenoheld requires to complete the Alternative weapons system.
While the Resistance celebrates the success with Drago's battle gear, the Vexos begin to finish their plans.
Zenoheld declares that he is going to use Clay's Alternative Weapons System to destroy Earth and Vestal Volt decides that he has had enough.
A girl without self-confidence meets a mysterious alchemist Hippocrates and his student Pipo who are on a mission to save the world. Together, they laid the groundwork for "Wonderland" and Akane is labeled as Wonderland's savior.
After seeing Meicoomon's abrupt transformation and killing of Leomon, Agumon and the other Digimon are kept isolated in Koushiro's office in order to prevent them from infection, but signs of infection begin to appear in Patamon.
The DigiDestined go to a nearby hot springs theme park and everyone has a good time, but Joe doesn't show up because he wants to study for his exams.
