Ji Young leaves the 'Mandarin Lady Pageant' venue holding Director Ma's hand, and Teacher Jung tries to stop Director Ma. However, Director Ma firmly takes Ji Young and leaves the venue. Ji Young quits her department store job and begins training with Jae Hee and Director Ma's other candidates.

The family celebrate Seollal... Gangsun's still alone and Jiseon decides to call it quits with Gibeom... It seems for real this time. Seoyeong visit home and says hello to her mother for the first time in 3 years... She seems to be getting closer and closer to Ujae.
Ujae continues to work hard to get on Seoyeong's good side... Seongjae's unsuccessful with his first debut... And Jiseon continues to get closer to the magician to get a huge shock at the end.

They've put their troubles on hold for now which shows some hope that things might work out. Jiseon files for divorce whilst Minseok makes a successful debut. But Ujae doesn't turn up and just tortures himself at Seungu's party. Meanwhile Sangu and Migyeong make peace whilst Seongjae and his mother reach an agreement with Gibeom. In the end, Ujae talks to Samjae and is convinced to give Seoyeong another chance and sends her to her brother's wedding unaware.
Migyeong finds out the truth behind Sangu trying to break up with her and whilst Sangu and Hojeong sign up for a house. Ujae confides in his friend and is at the breaking point of telling Seoyeong what he knows... But will he get to confront her before Migyeong does?
Ujae keeps delving into the truth behind Seoyeong. Samjae thinks everything is okay now and breathes some relief. Seongjae starts to fall for his tutor. Minseok continues to follow his dreams. Hojeong continues to gain indepdence from her mom.
