The “Insider's Look” exposé on Gerry costs him his job and makes it impossible to get a new one, so he has no choice but to get as far away as he can to start a new life, leaving Xavier behind. Meanwhile, the board is displeased with how Robert handled the “Insider's Look” fiasco, and threatens his job if he doesn't make things right. Gerry's departure has left a vacancy in the Phys. Ed. department, which Ms. Terdie jumps on. Lisa, however, questions her qualifications.
