Forced to wander with their wrists bound together, the two soon find themselves in grave danger. Meanwhile, Yi Sun Shin and Dam Pyung Joon plot to retrieve 5,000 nyang of silver without Gwan Woong's knowledge.
Jo Gwan Woong visits the Hundred Year Inn. Tae Seo politely informs him there are no empty rooms, but Gwan Woong becomes enraged and causes a scene. Kang Chi, who had been kicked out by Lady Yoon, hears the news and, after some conflict, returns to confront Jo Gwan Woong.
