Seong Jae finds out that Song Ah and Joon Young are dating and calls her for a chat. His bluntness hurts her feelings. Later on, Joon Young joins Song Ah on a sudden trip to Daejeon and shows her around the neighborhood where he grew up. After an unexpected meeting with his mother, Joon Young opens up to Song Ah about more personal matters.

Meanwhile, Joon Young no longer considers Jung Kyung fondly after she confesses her feelings. Due to his family's finances, Joon Young looks for ways to obtain more loans. After a long, stressful day, Joon Young calls Song Ah and admits he enjoys her company.

Song Ah feels reassured by Joon Young's attention. Meanwhile, Song Ah has a birthday party, but Min Seong says she can't attend.
Dong Yun returns to Korea, and Min Seong throws a welcome party for him. Joon Young, Hyeon Ho, and Jung Kyung plan on playing together as a piano trio, just like they did when they were in middle school. Chairman Park tries to leave the country, but Seongryong and Yul are just right on time to stop him. Although they succeed in catching Chairman Park, they still don't have enough evidence to end everything for good. Plus, running low of funds, TQ group is on the verge of going bankrupt. Seongryong must solve this for the finale.
Seongryong and Yul gather all the documents and evidence to put an end to Chairman Park. With the evidence, they get the arrest warrant approved. Now, this is the start of the end of Chairman Park.
Mr. Kim sets Yul free from the captive and Yul turns himself in. But in order to bring down Chairman Park, Mr. Kim must free Yul from custody and work with him together. He also needs a plan to protect Yul from Chairman Park and he has an idea.
The chairman receives an order from above to get a scapegoat to take all the blame. He chooses Yul to take the fall. Meanwhile, Mr. Kim tries to warn Yul that he is a scapegoat.
Winning against the battle with Chariman Park, Mr. Kim successfully brings back Business Operations back in one. He also shares the money he received from Yooseon with his co-workers without them knowing that it was him who shared the money. Despite this victory, Mr. Kim still feels uneasy and at the end, he finally realizes what's been bothering him.

The Business Operations Department is hesitant to start working on the revival plan project since the team will get dissolved if it doesn't turn out well. In order to stop that from happening, Mr. Kim and Hagyeong gets hard at work and try their best to reveal the corruptions.
Yooseon appoints Mr. Kim and the Business Operations Department as the team to come up with a revival plan for TQ Delivery. Mr. Kim and the team gets to work in coming up with an appropriate plan. Meanwhile, Yul warns the Business Operations Department that they will be dissolved if the plan they come up with does not meet the expectations.
Mr. Kim's fight against TQ in the waiting room is finally put to end. Although he is back with the team, he finds out Hagyeong has been up to and decides to leave the company. As he was leaving the company he receives a text message from Yooseon and barges into the meeting saying that he has something to say.
Hagyeong and Yooseon help Mr. Kim out of his charges, and Yul gets someone to find out who got him out. Meanwhile, Mr. Kim is sent to the waiting room for ruining the company reputation.
