Gerry learns the meaning of ‘Work-to-Rule' and is immediately in awe of this new and exciting concept. With the promise of less work hanging in the balance, Gerry works hard to fire up his fellow staff in an elaborate ploy to go on 'Work-to-Rule.' Meanwhile, Lisa attempts to set some much-needed boundaries between herself and her hormonally charged stepson Alex, and Nisha inadvertently reveals a little too much to her students.
