Using the evidence obtained through Shin-jae's sacrifice, Ra-young delivers the final blow to Baek Tae-ju. After joining forces to bring down Baek Tae-ju, L&J continues the remaining battle against the application users. In a situation where a grueling fight is expected, Shin-jae declares that she cannot return to L&J.

Ra-young escapes after being trapped in Park Je-yeol's house. Having secured evidence regarding the application from Park Je-yeol's phone, Ra-young prepares for a counterattack. In response, Park Je-yeol attempts to corner Ra-young by exposing an attempted murder case committed by L&J 20 years ago.
Even Lee Seon-hwa has been murdered. Ra-young strives to obtain other evidence to stop Je-yeol and the high-ranking officials who used the application. Meanwhile, as the whereabouts of Jun-hyeok's laptop—which contains evidence of sexual exploitation—become unknown, Park Je-yeol is pressured by Jung-hyun, one of the application's users.
