Shark is determined to have his revenge on Quattro, but Quattro's younger brother Trey snares Shark with a Duel Anchor and allows Quattro to leave. Trey's mission from Vetrix and Quinton is to give a "Number" to Shark, which he accomplishes. Shark is able to resist completely being controlled by the "Number" and defeats Trey.

The Duel between Yuma against Dextra and Nistro continues. Due to their combination, Yuma is pushed into a corner, even after Summoning "Utopia" thanks to Astral. However due to the bonds between the two, a reversal occurs!
In order to prevent Flip from being disqualified from the WDC, Yuma Duels against Dextra and Nistro. Meanwhile, Astral faces against an old enemy inside Emperor's Key.
Yuma is having trouble in his Duel against Cameron, and the dangerous future of Tori encountering an accident is continuously approaching. Then, "Number 25: Force Focus", controlled by Cameron, finally shows up. Yuma cannot win without Summoning "Utopia", but according to the prophecy, Yuma will lose in this Duel for sure if he Summons it. Under this desperate circumstance, in order to grasp the future within his own hands, Yuma delivers a bold strategy!
After Yuma laments over Shark dueling in revenge against Quattro, he's irritated by everything that's going on and ends up getting into a squabble with Tori. Meanwhile, elsewhere in the tournament, a photographer named Cameron has won Duel after Duel against Duelists with the help of terrifying ability of his that leaves them in terror. Cameron's superpower is apparently a gift to be able to take photographs of the future. With Cameron's "Future Photographs", his opponent's entire strategy is laid bare before him, allowing him to relentlessly defeat Duelists.

The second day of WDC starts. More energetic than ever, Bronk and Caswell decide to battle the Asian Duel Champion, Quattro. According to these two, the gentleman Quattro has a respectable Duel aesthetic, which is also admired by many Duelists from their hearts. Witnessed by Yuma, Astral, Tori and Trey, the Battle Royal between Quattro, Bronk, and Caswell starts, but Quattro soon reveals his true side which remained hidden until now.
Charlie McCay escapes on the single-track railroad and Yuma starts the Duel. But Charlie's "Number 7: Lucky Straight" possesses amazing luck. If he hits the jackpot by rolling the dice, then Charlie's Life Points will become 100,000. On the verge of giving up when all of his attempts to stop that strong luck become fruitless, Yuma discovers an unexpected strategy.
Charlie McCay steals "Number 7: Lucky Straight" from a gallery. Kari, who has past history with Charlie, sends Yuma after him. He and Astral witness the power of the "Lucky Straight" when Charlie performs a One Turn Kill on a World Duel Carnival competitor. Charlie makes his escape, stealing more cards in the process, including one of Yuma's "Numbers".
Tombo Tillbitty Duels people, defeating them with his "Basket Rule" and takes their Heart Pieces. Dextra and Nistro appear near one of the defeated Duelists. They see he has vegetables stuffed in his mouth, and Dextra sees blood on his shirt. Dextra inspects closer, and licks it up, telling the disgusted Nistro it's just tomato juice.
Anna Kaboom attempts to kill Yuma with a cannon. He negotiates with her and they Duel instead so that Anna can try to take her revenge. Their past history is not what it initially seems.
The battle royale continues. As Yuya keeps fighting, his memories start flooding back to him. Yuzu's dad suddenly remembers too as the rest of the world slowly begins to remember the Lancers and the battle against Zarc.
Things have seemingly returned to normal in the Pendulum Dimension, but Yuya gets the feeling that something is missing. Reiji has him duel against Tsukikage to restore his memories and make him finish the Lancer's goal for good.
Ray's soul possesses Reira so she can battle against Zarc alongside Reiji. Zarc boasts that he is the creator of Pendulum Summon, but Ray is determined to stop him once and for all using the four natural energy cards.
Crow notices that Zarc is starting to lose his composure, leading him and Sawatari to up their game against Zarc's dragons. As dimensional integration is getting closer to completion, Reiji tries to convince his dad to stop Zarc.
Gongenzaka and Jack fight against Zarc next, trying their best to reach out to Yuya's soul buried in Zarc's darkness. A revived Crow and Sawatari decide to join in when Zarc's Supreme King Dragons swarm the field.
Yuya and Yuto are struggling in their battle against Ruri and Serena and their Parasite Queen. The Doctor attempts to take control of Yuya using a parasite as well, but that only awakens the rage inside of Yuya once again.
Yuya comes across Ruri, who is still under the control of the Doctor's parasites. Yuya attempts to fight off Ruri, made harder when Serena joins the fight. Yuto decides to take control and face the two girls.
Asuka stays behind to fight Yuri while Sora and the others go on ahead. Yuri uses a different deck and fights Asuka, who tries to reach out a helping hand to Yuri. That's when Yuri reveals the real reason why he does what he does.
Battle Beast continues his rampage against friend and foe alike. Sensing nothing but rage and anger in Battle Beast's heart, Yuya is determined to show him how fun dueling can actually be and aims to purge his demons.
Jack appears out of nowhere and joins Yuya in fighting against Battle Beast. Battle Beast's instructor, Sanders, joins in the duel as well to show the power and glory of the Academy to the Lancers.
