Movie Junction PFF-Lahoriye
Set in present-day Punjab, the film is a poignant cross-border love story centered on Kikkar Singh (Amrinder Gill), a Sikh man from an Indian border village, and Ameeran Khan (Sargun Mehta), a Muslim woman from Lahore, Pakistan. While working near the Indo-Pak border, Kikkar falls in love with Ameeran, leading to a journey of navigating cultural, political, and emotional hurdles. The film explores themes of love transcending physical borders, the enduring pain of the 1947 partition, and the shared heritage of Punjabis on both sides.
