Taxi
After a slew of traffic accidents, police detective Andy Washburn is demoted and has his driver's license revoked by his lieutenant. While on duty one day, Andy learns of a bank robbery and hails a taxi driven by new cabbie Belle. They lose the robbers in a chase through New York City, and Belle's taxi is impounded.
