Season 10 is a wrap! Rush takes a moment to look back on some of his favorite moments from battling giant snook and feisty tarpon in Florida, to overnighting at Catalina Island, and chasing bull redfish in Louisiana. This season was all about getting out there with good friends, making new ones, and enjoying the sport we love. An unforgettable year filled with adventure, laughs, and epic days on the water.
After a few incredible days targeting redfish on the inshore waters of Venice, Louisiana, Eric and Moe Newman bring Rush to the nearshore oil rigs — and that's where things get wild. The rigs are holding GIANT mangrove snapper, bruiser cobia, and hard-fighting jacks… but getting them to the boat is a whole different story. Fishing heavy structure means short strikes, busted hooks, shredded leaders, and fish that know exactly where to run. Around these rigs it's not just fishing — it's full-blown combat. If you want to land one of these beasts, you better bring extra hooks, heavy tackle, and a whole lot of patience. Easier said than done. Venice, Louisiana continues to prove why it's one of the most action-packed fisheries in the country.
