Over the course of three days, six contestants compete against each other in three stunts designed to test them both physically and mentally.
Are you worth a Dam? Suspended high over a dam is a 350-foot long tightrope with flags attached. Contestants would have to cross the tightrope and collect flags while holding on to a higher tightrope for support. The two men and the two women to collect the most flags in 5 minutes would advance to the next round. Stunt 2 is a real Bee. The ones left are covered with over 200,000 honeybees. Once covered, they would have stand for 2 minutes covered in bees. All contestants who completed this stunt would advance to the finals. For the finale, contestants are locked inside a Plexiglas box full of holes and submerged underwater. Once a red light came on, they would have to figure out which of 2 keys unlocked the coffin and swim to the surface. The contestant to complete this stunt the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion.
Thirteen players who had won before on Fear Factor during the second season competed again to compete for the Fear Factor Championship and 100,000 dollars prize.
Stunt one is for the dogs as contestants make their way through an urban assault training building and press buttons to raise 6 flags. Along the way, they would have to get past 4 trained attack dogs. Stunt two is a gas as they have to stay inside a room full of CS gas (tear gas). The three contestants to stay in the room the longest would advance to the final. For the final, they start driving a car next to a moving car carrier going 40 mph. When a horn sounded, they would have to drive their car up a ramp and into the back of the car carrier. The contestant to do this the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion and win $50,000.
