In this episode C&J design, dress and accessorise the bunkie, balancing guest accommodation with valuable life space as they add a small library, bar and reading area to their new build. They then reveal the Bunkie as a surprise to Cherri & David. Will their co investors approve? Or throw a wobbly as they had expected a mirror image in the style stakes to the main cottage?
