Gadge is the father of Gismo, a boy Speed met at a car show. Gadge has a grudge against Speed as he was fired from his team after losing a race to Speed, and he has devoted himself to "car wrestling," in which cars smash and destroy each other. Speed decides to reform Gadge by joining car wrestling.

Speed escapes from a trap set by the assassin gang , and prevents the assassination of the President of Avalonia, the next target of the assassins. The Vice President and his secretary invite Speed to their official residence, but the assassins have been waiting there for him.
An assassin with a rifle is attempting to shoot the Princess who is in the royal box to wave the starting flag for the Mystic Grand Prix. However, the plot fails due to mirror reflection. The assassins suspect and target Speed assuming that a secret agent who hid among the racers interfered.
On the way to an evil mountain where monsters are said to dwell, Speed chases a weird tank appeared in the jungle and finds a secret base at a lake. It turns out to be the hideout of Bangthebongo survivors and their new leader, Smasher, who plots to rebuild the militaristic empire perished 20 years ago.
After checking the track of Transafrica Grand Prix, Speed boards an airplane with a biology professor named Carnivore. Suddenly, the pilots threaten Carnivore at gunpoint and parachute off the plane with him. But Speed is still onboard, and it crashes into the jungle.
Speed test-drives a supersonic rocket car designed by Pops Racer for the Vavoom Motor Company to challenge speed records. However, the car gets seriously damaged during the test run, and the test ends in failure. It turns out that the test drive was sabotaged by a rival company.
After winning a race abroad, Speed saves a girl, Tanya, who was being attacked by a group of men in town. Tanya tells Speed that her brother, the chief of her tribe, was bitten by a viper, and the serum must be delivered within three hours. But a "traitor" is trying to steal serum to kill him.
Shun guides the team through the Alternative, where the Brawlers fend off an attack from four mysterious Bakugan before they can shut down the ship's reactor.
Hydron discovers that a fellow prisoner is none other than Gus Grav, who was presumed dead.
With Bakugan Interspace beginning to collapse on itself, Mira and Keith attempt to save Mylene and Shadow.
Mylene finds herself next in line to try and retrieve the data Zenoheld requires to complete the Alternative weapons system.
