Before the finals, Ji Young refuses to sign a contract stating she must become the exclusive model for BaDa Cosmetics if selected as Miss Korea, and Kang Shik threatens that it will be difficult to become Miss Korea if she doesn't sign.
As it is revealed that Im Sun Joo is an unmarried mother and her 'Jin' (Winner) qualification is revoked, Oh Ji Young learns that she can advance to the finals as 'Mi' (Third Place).
