Since then he has actively pursued his career both as a guitarist and vocalist. As a guitarist he has played for a number of Korea's top artists including Kim Dong-ryul Lim Jae-beom and Lee So-ra. He's also been part of many renowned bands such as iamnot Mate Jeong Won-young Band and Band Bremen. Then in 2013 this artist transformed into a solo artist with the album Becoming a Love. Last year Lim Heon-il took part in Begin Again Season 3 and once again showed off his prowess as a guitarist and vocalist. Then in April this year he released his second album Breathe after a break of 7 years. All the songs in the album were composed written and produced by Lim Heon-il himself perfectly quenching listeners' thirst. The name referred to the height difference between them - 10 cm. In 2017 however one had to leave the group due to personal reasons and the main vocalist Kwon Jung-yeol continued on as a one-person band on his own under the name 10CM. In March 10CM held the first #TogetherAtHome concert in Korea after watching Coldplay singer Chris Martin perform a live concert online for people stuck indoors due to the spread of the coronavirus. Then in October the artist held a real-time online solo performance for the first time as a non-idol musician.
