Irina Irvine

Irina Irvine is an American actress, best known for her role as the Teenage Girl (victim) in the 1985 horror classic Fright Night. Born on May 4, 1964, she is the sister of actress Paula Irvine. She began her career as a ballet dancer before transitioning to acting. Her credits include guest appearances in the TV series Beauty and the Beast (as Jamie) and Freddy's Nightmares (as Sherry), as well as work on The Compleat Al (1985). After her early acting roles, Irvine pursued higher education at the University of California, Irvine, where she studied Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (and was later noted as a graduate student in microbial ecology).
