Gani Kulzhanov

Gani Abdualievich Kulzhanov was born in 1965 in the Zhalagash district of the Kyzylorda region. In 1984, he graduated from the Almaty Musical College named after P. I. Tchaikovsky. In 1991, he graduated from the acting department of the State Institute of Theatre and Cinema under the guidance of People's Artist of the USSR, Professor Sholpan Zhandarbekova, and People's Artist of Kazakhstan, Tlektes Meiramov. From 1990 to 2007, he was an actor at the Kazakh State Academic Drama Theatre named after M. O. Auezov. In 2007, the actor was invited to the Musical Drama Theatre named after K. Kuanishbaev, and a few months later, he was entrusted with the organization of a new theatre in the city of Astana. From 2007 to 2013, he served as the director of the "Astana Zhaslar Theatre." Since 2013, he has been an actor at the "Astana Zhaslar Theatre."
