《入侵腦細胞》導演泰森辛葛（Tarsem Singh）又一奇幻作品，獲2007柏林影展玻璃熊特別表揚-最佳影片獎。 故事講述因為骨折受傷而住院的小女孩亞歷珊卓（Catinca Untaru 飾），在院中她認識了一個會講故事的電影特技演員羅伊‧沃克（Lee Pace 飾）。羅伊‧沃克因截癱臥床無法行動，但他的腦子裡卻天馬行空的運行著另外一個奇妙的世界。小女孩被男人故事中奇妙的世界所深深的吸引，每天都跑來聽他的故事。隨著一天天過去，女孩聽的越多，似乎就也不知不覺陷入男子的神秘想像世界中...故事中的世界開始與現實重迭，真實與虛幻慢慢相交融和出一個華麗的魔幻世界…。全片對白不多，但充滿想像力與奇特的畫面，為影片製造出驚人的張力。
