Rozpoczyna się wielkie polowanie na zabójcę – ostatniego koreańskiego tygrysa, którego śmierć ma stanowić dla japońskiego okupanta symbol złamanego ducha walki Koreańczyków. W ujęcie tygrysa ma zostać włączony legendarny łowca Chun Man-Duk.
