ラジオで交通情報のリポーターをするトムは、ある日サラと運命的な出会いをしてしまう。彼女は大富豪のお嬢様で、とても身分的に釣り合わない2人だったが、燃え上がった恋の炎はもう誰にも止められない。そして付き合い始めて9ヵ月、トムとサラは両親の大反対を押し切り、ついに結婚することに。こうしてアツアツのまま旅立った新婚旅行。ところが2人は飛行機の中で早くもハプニングに見舞われる。フランスのホテルに到着してからもトラブルは続き、おまけに反対する家族から送られた最強の刺客（？）サラの元カレ、ピーターが彼らに近づいていた。
