見知らぬ研究施設で目を覚ましたヘンリーは、妻エステル（ヘイリー・ベネット）が、大事故によって肉体が激しく損傷してしまった自分に機械でできた腕と脚を取り付け、声帯摘出の準備を進めているのを目にする。だが、手術に取り掛かろうとしたとき、謎の組織を率いる男エイカン（ダニーラ・コズロフスキー）が乱入。すさまじいパワーで施設を破壊した上に、エステルを連れ去ってしまう。ヘンリーは機械のパーツを導入したことで得た超人的身体能力を活用し、愛する妻をエイカンから奪い返そうと立ち上がるが……。
