1987
Seul, 1987. Durante un interrogatorio della polizia segreta anticomunista, muore uno studente.Il governo cerca di insabbiare il caso, ma si scontra contro lo zelo di un pubblico ministero e il lavoro di alcuni giornalisti. Intanto nel Paese aumenta la protesta contro il regime del presidente Chun Doo-hwan.
