Deux paumés, Matt at Wilbur, débarquent au port de Miami afin d’y chercher un boulot. Ne trouvant rien, ils décident de cambrioler une banque mais se retrouvent, par erreur, dans un poste de police ! Là, deux motards les prennent pour de nouvelles recrues ! Nos deux héros deviennent alors des agents de police qui mettent leur « savoir‐faire » de voyous au service de l’ordre public.
