Summary

Thallumaala follows Wazim, a carefree young man from Kerala whose quick temper and instinct for confrontation repeatedly pull him into brawls. He enjoys the reputation that comes with being a formidable fighter, but his impulsiveness also leaves a trail of strained relationships, unfinished feuds, and worried relatives. His close friends are often both accomplices and reluctant damage-control partners as they try to keep up with his unpredictable lifestyle. Wazim’s world changes when he falls for Beepathu, a popular video blogger with a strong online presence and a personality very different from his own. Their romance is complicated by his violent reputation, family expectations, social-media scrutiny, and the rivalries that keep resurfacing around him. As Wazim attempts to balance love with loyalty to his friends and his attachment to a hard-living local culture, personal conflicts begin to take on increasingly public and chaotic dimensions.
