Summary

Bumper is a Tamil-language action comedy-drama centered on Pulipandi, a small-time lawbreaker forced to flee with his friends when the police begin closing in. Their escape takes them from Tamil Nadu to Sabarimala in Kerala, where Pulipandi buys a lottery ticket almost as an afterthought.
