Summary

Hridayam follows Arun Neelakandan, a spirited young man who leaves home to study engineering in Chennai. During his first year of college, he falls deeply in love with Darshana, a lively and independent classmate. Their relationship captures the intensity and idealism of young love, but it is also shaped by insecurity, immaturity, misunderstandings, and the pressures of growing up. As college life unfolds, Arun is forced to confront the consequences of his choices and the ways in which people can change after their formative years.
