Summary

Blaze follows a young girl whose life is upended after she witnesses a violent crime. Struggling to understand what she has seen—and unable to express the fear and anger building inside her—she retreats into a vivid inner world and summons an imaginary dragon. Both a protector and a reflection of her emotional turmoil, the creature becomes her companion as she tries to make sense of trauma, grief, and the confusing transition into womanhood. At the center is Blaze, a fiercely imaginative child navigating experiences far beyond her years.
