Summary
As a virus spreads across Brazil, young filmmaker David returns to his hometown in Ceará after years away, seeking refuge with his estranged father, Geraldo. Their reunion is tentative and emotionally complicated: both men carry the weight of old disappointments, unspoken grievances, and the difficulty of communicating after so much time apart. Still, as the crisis isolates them from the outside world, they gradually begin to share space, memories, and fragments of a relationship that might yet be repaired. Their growing closeness, however, is accompanied by increasingly strange and unsettling occurrences.
