Hollywood Stargirl
Weil ihre Mutter Ana (Judy Greer) als Kostümbildnerin für einen Film angestellt wird, ziehen sie und Stargirl Caraway (Grace VanderWaal) nach L.A., wo Stargirl schnell mit einer Reihe von Charakteren in Kontakt kommt. Dazu gehören die aufstrebenden Filmemacher-Brüder Evan (Elijah Richardson) und Terrell (Tyrel Jackson Williams), Mr. Mitchell (Judd Hirsch), einer von Stargirls Nachbarn, und Roxanne Martel (Uma Thurman), eine Musikerin, die Stargirl bewundert und der sie auf ihrer Reise begegnet.
