"سيلين" فتاة مثالية في السابعة عشر من عمرها، تؤمن بالحبّ الحقيقي وتهتمّ بالقراءة أكثر من اهتمامها بالعلاقات الاجتماعية. وتستعدّ للعيش بعيدًا عن خطيبها "بيير" لفترة من الزمن حيث تُغادر "باريس" متجهة إلى "بياريتز". وسرعان ما تجد نفسها في مواجهة النخبة الشريرة في مدرستها الجديدة بقيادة "فانيسا" النجمة السينمائية السابقة وملكة الإنستغرام و"تريستان" راكب الأمواج المشهور، اللذين يتّسمان بالخطورة والجاذبية في الوقت نفسه. فتقع "سيلين" في حبّه غير مدركة أنّها ليست إلا ضحية رهان قاسٍ بين "تريستان" و"فانيسا"، فإلى أي مدى ستصل الأمور بينهم يا تُرى؟
