TAPS travels to Glen Spey, New York to investigate Burn Brae Mansion, which was formerly the summer home of Margaret and Charles Elkin. It was constructed in the early 1900's by Margaret, who was one of seven MacKenzie siblings to build a grand estate in Glen Spey with the money given to her by her father. Several of Charles and Margaret's children passed away young, and their coachman, William attempted suicide on the property, and later died.

On this episode of Ghost Hunters, TAPS is called out by two clients to investigate the Midwest Railway Preservation Society in Cleveland, Ohio. Built in 1907, this rail yard had over 400 people working there 24/7. Some of the jobs were very dangerous with a number of injuries and deaths taking place over the years, with the brakeman being one of the most dangerous. Sometimes people fell off the tops of the trains and died.

Originally built in 1890 by lumber baron David Whitney, it was used as a private residence for him and his second wife, Sarah, along with his four children. At the time the house was built he was the wealthiest man in Detroit, and spared no expense in his home, including adding the first personal use elevator, and $400,000 worth of furnishings from two trips to Europe. A fire destroyed it in 1906 and it was rebuilt in 1908. It became well known during the prohibition era, as bootleggers used the docks to smuggle Canadian booze across Lake Erie.

In 1892 Steven and Harriett Wilcox agreed to fund an in memoriam library in horror of Civil War soldiers. The library was completed in 1894, but unfortunately Mr. Wilcox did not live long enough to see it completed. The library has grown to over 50,000 square feet and has been designated as Rhode Island's first literary landmark.

TAPS is called to Cornwall Bridge, Connecticut to investigate the Vogel Residence. Their client, Robin Vogel, is afraid that the Curse Of Dudleytown has spread to her home and has asked TAPS to help. Dudleytown was an abandoned settlement that dates back to the 1740's. Many people believe the settlement was cursed due to the fact that many inhabitants died a violent death or went insane. The Vogel Residence was originally built in 1780 with an addition put on in 1830.

On this episode of Ghost Hunters, TAPS travels to Wilmington, Delaware to investigate Rockwood Museum. They are joined by two of their paranormal friends: actors Rachel Nichols, and Jonathan Sadowski. The original owner of the mansion was Joseph Shipley. He was born into a wealthy family in Wilmington, but made his own money as a merchant banker in Liverpool, England. He built Rockwood Mansion in 1854 to resemble his Liverpool home, Wyncote.

Their Technical Manager, Brian Harnois, tells them of an interesting case. The home they are to investigate is in Altoona, PA which is several hours away, but because of the dramatic nature of the case they decide to make the long drive. They investigate reports of poltergeist activity in a home with a very young girl who seems to see the spirits.

The team investigates The Lighthouse Inn in New London, Conn., which is reported to be haunted by the ghost of a bride who fell down a flight of stairs on her wedding day in 1930. Drops in temperature are recorded, and Steve feels someone touch him on his back when no one else is nearby. They then travel to Ashland, Mass. to a pub called Stone's Public House, formerly The Railroad House. Here, a little girl died after being hit by a train.

At the request of the US Coast Guard, TAPS goes to Long Island Sound to investigate the Race Rock Lighthouse. The lighthouse is now automated, but the Coast Guard officers who come to do maintenance and inspection have reported strange occurrences and are nervous about going to the site. The commanding officers hope to disprove the rumors. The team's cameras pick up strange orb activity and a fog which the investigators do not remember from the time of the video.

TAPS investigates Eastern State Penitentiary, an abandoned prison with a long, colorful history and a reputation for paranormal activity. While there, they capture a strange, shadowy shape on film. After reviewing the film, Jason decides that the team should return. More orbs are caught on film, but no repeat of the shadowy figure. Efforts to duplicate the footage prove unsuccessful, but Jason and Grant see how it could have been done.

This is very strange, because mists are generally colder than the surrounding air. While moving along a catwalk, sound man Frank DeAngelis suddenly falls down and does not feel well enough to move for quite some time.

At the Topton House Pub, witnesses have reported that the ghost of a little girl sometimes trips people on the steps and has moved glasses of soda on one table. The daughter of the owner has also smelled roses while in the cellar and heard murmurring voices.

They capture an image on their thermal camera and discover a lamp that moves on its own. Jason and Grant both agree that the plantation is haunted.

TAPS helps a family whose young children claim to be tormented by ghosts. They find bones under the floorboards. After further analysis, the bones are not human but animal and the footage shows that the little boy, not ghosts, is waking up his sister in the middle of the night. Then TAPS helps a young woman who is experiencing lots of paranormal activity in her home. Jason is attacked and TAPS concludes that the entity is focused on the young woman.

TAPS is called back to New Orleans for a case with a jealous female spirit who won't leave the male homeowner alone. They find evidence that supports the victim's claims when they viewfootage of a door that opens and shuts on its own. While in town, they go to Brennan's restaurant for a meal and some ghost hunting. But their EVPs are tainted by noises that are coming from a private party.

Brian can't go on this road trip. A training mission in North Carolina goes awry when team members get food poisoning. A local ghost hunting group asks TAPS for help with a haunted battleship. Jason and Grant are chased through the bowels of the ship. There are a lot of personal experiences but the team fails to capture anything on tape. The results are inconclusive.

TAPS searches for paranormal evidence at a lavish historical estate in Rhode Island. They debunk the cold spots in the basement when they find a blocked heating system. They do not find any evidence of a haunting. A young and inexperienced paranormal group in New Jersey contacts TAPS for help because they are out of their league. The victim is so frightened she won't allow herself to be seen on camera. TAPS captures recorded sounds of footsteps in her home just as she had reported.
