Fanning (John Miljan) has his men rustle horses and then blame it on a wild horse named Wildfire. Happy and Alkali arrive and immediately get into trouble with Fanning and his men. When Alkali is shot, Happy catches the outlaws but the Judge not only releases them, he discharges the Sheriff and tries to arrest Happy for rustling! The Hanged Man
After a condemned gunfighter (Steve Forrest) survives his own hanging, he helps a young widow stop a pitiless land baron from taking her ranch. This television feature boasts a strong cast of recognizable characters, including Will Geer, Sharon Acker, Dean Jagger, BarBara Luna, and Cameron Mitchell. Director Michael Caffey would go on to work on such hit shows as Barnaby Jones and MacGyver. Also, look for John Mitchum, younger brother of Robert, in a small role. This movie originally aired on ABC-TV and was considered the pilot for a possible series. Writer/producer Andrew Fenady was behind several opular TV shows such as Branded and The Rebel, as well as the 1970 John Wayne feature, Chisum.

With help from a female friend, he breaks out of prison and sets out to find the real killers. Harry L. Fraser (The Last of the Clintons, Rustlers Paradise) directs a strong cast of familiar faces, including legendary sidekick George Gabby Hayes, Earl Dwyer, and one of the hardest ridin stuntmen turned actors, Yakima Canutt.

John Wayne plays a man wrongly convicted of murder in this exciting western drama from Lone Star Pictures. You'll enjoy plenty of gun action and thundering hoofbeats as he escapes from jail and then joins a gang, hoping to find the real killer! Director Armand Schaefer (The Miracle Rider, The Lost Jungle) whips up some fine performances from a cast of B-movie favorites, including Lane Chandler (Samson and Delilah) and the great stunt rider, Yakima Canutt. And of course, the film features plenty of fight scenes, made memorable by John Wayne's big swinging' right fist! For film buffs: This was one of 11 films Wayne starred in that year, making 1933 one of the busiest years of Wayne's legendary career.

Land of Hunted Men
A band of outlaws is terrorizing a town in the West. Leave it to Ray Crash Corrigan and his Range Busters to ride in and save the day. This film marked the return of Corrigan to the famous series; he had appeared in the first sixteen movies but left for a brief hiatus following 1942's ARIZONA STAGECOACH. This was the 21st of 24 movies in the Range Busters series. Produced between 1940-1943, the Range Busters were a huge financial success for Monogram Pictures.
Fighting Caravans
Clint Belmet (Gary Cooper) is a frontier scout with his hands full in this 1931 Paramount Pictures version of Zane Grey's novel. He's helping guide a wagon train across the country, fighting off various attacks on the way, and falling for his lovely Felice (Lily Damita). Belmet's grizzled companions think he should leave the woman alone, but it gets lonely out on the trail, and Felice's charms are hard to resist. Featuring such notable character actors of the period as Ernest Torrence, Tully Marshall, and Fred Kolher, this vintage Hollywood Western still packs a wallop!

Randolph Scott plays James Barlow, an agent from Chicago hired to bring the notorious Reno brothers to justice. But wouldnt you know it? The Reno gang includes a beautiful young woman (Mala Powers), who catches Barlows eye. This western from director Tim Whelan (The Thief of Bagdad) features cinematography by two-time Oscar winner Ray Rennahan (Gone With The Wind), while the screenplay was by noted author Horace McCoy (They Shoot Horses, Dont They?). Cyclone Tom Saunders starts a ruckus in a Chinese laundry and has to go before a judge. Unable to pay his fine, he is bailed out by a local cattle rancher and agrees to do 30 days' work for him. It's not too long before he becomes enmeshed in a war between rustlers and outlaws.

Tom Tyler plays Tom Wade, a range detective whose brother has been accused of robbery and murder. Wade has only one clue to prove his brothers innocence: a set of unusual tire tracks. This film was directed by Sam Katzman, who later became known as Jungle Sam for his association with a variety of jungle thrillers, and then as a master of all exploitation genres, from teen horror to flying saucer flicks!

Oscar winner Michael Curtiz (Casablanca, Mildred Pierce) directed this exciting drama about Army officer Jeb Stuart and the days leading up to the Civil War. Errol Flynn (The Adventures of Robin Hood) stars as Stuart, with Olivia de Havilland as his romantic interest (the seventh of nine times they were paired together by Warner Bros.) West of the Divide
John Wayne stars as Ted Hayden, a tough hombre who goes undercover to join a gang led by a heartless fiend known only as Mr. Gentry (Lloyd Whitlock). Gentry is out to take over a ranch belonging to one of Hayden's friends, but as Hayden finds out, Gentry has a lot more than that up his sleeve. You'll have to watch this two-fisted Western to find out the rest!
Wagon Trail
The son of Sheriff Clay Hartley, of the frontier town Elder, has gotten into bad company and hangs out with an outlaw gang in which, Collins, owner of the Golden Rule Saloon, is the secret head. Sheriff Hartley suspects him, but has been unable to gather the needed evidence. Collins instructs his gang, including young Hartley, to hold up the stagecoach on its return trip from Missionary Flats and take the cargo of gold dust it is carrying. Sheriff Hartley is notified of the planned holdup by one of his deputies who has been spying on Collins, and organizes a posse. A deputy-sheriff is killed in the ensuing gunfight between the lawmen and the outlaws, but Deputy Joe Larkin, pursues and captures Clay Hartley Jr. The latter is quickly tried and convicted of the killing of the deputy, and sentenced to be hung. Sheriff Hartley has only a few hours to prove his son was not the killer. He enlists the aid of Collins' step-daughter, Joan, who is in love with Hartley's son.
The Sundowners
Brother battles brother in this gritty tale of feuding ranchers in the old west. This story of the Texas panhandle stars such familiar faces as Robert Preston, Chill Wills, and Jack Elam, and was a rare film for its time in that it was filmed almost entirely in Texas with no studio interiors. If for no other reason, watch this one for Prestons performance. If you only know him from The Music Man or Victor Victoria, youre sure to be surprised here! Fred Scott plays a lawman who goes undercover to expose a dangerous gang of criminals in this action-packed drama. He also has time to sing three songs: Cactus Pete, Gonna Ride, and Heres Romance. Screenwriter Fred Myton would go on to write such offbeat features as Nabonga, and Border Phantom.

After a condemned gunfighter (Steve Forrest) survives his own hanging, he helps a young widow stop a pitiless land baron from taking her ranch. This television feature boasts a strong cast of recognizable characters, including Will Geer, Sharon Acker, Dean Jagger, BarBara Luna, and Cameron Mitchell. Director Michael Caffey would go on to work on such hit shows as Barnaby Jones and MacGyver. Also, look for John Mitchum, younger brother of Robert, in a small role. This movie originally aired on ABC-TV and was considered the pilot for a possible series. Writer/producer Andrew Fenady was behind several opular TV shows such as Branded and The Rebel, as well as the 1970 John Wayne feature, Chisum.

Fraser (The Last of the Clintons, Rustlers Paradise) directs a strong cast of familiar faces, including legendary sidekick George Gabby Hayes, Earl Dwyer, and one of the hardest ridin stuntmen turned actors, Yakima Canutt.
Sagebrush Trail
John Wayne plays a man wrongly convicted of murder in this exciting western drama from Lone Star Pictures. You'll enjoy plenty of gun action and thundering hoofbeats as he escapes from jail and then joins a gang, hoping to find the real killer! Director Armand Schaefer (The Miracle Rider, The Lost Jungle) whips up some fine performances from a cast of B-movie favorites, including Lane Chandler (Samson and Delilah) and the great stunt rider, Yakima Canutt. And of course, the film features plenty of fight scenes, made memorable by John Wayne's big swinging' right fist! For film buffs: This was one of 11 films Wayne starred in that year, making 1933 one of the busiest years of Wayne's legendary career.

With a wild and wooly cast that includes Johnny Mack Brown, Marsha Hunt, Monte Blue, and Lucian Littlefield, director Charles Barton (Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein) gives us a tale of romance, action, and high stakes gambling!
Daughter of the West
