The Bart’s Bash was created in an attempt to break the world record for the largest sailing race ever. Honouring America’s Cup great athlete Andrew “Bart” Simpson, this 24-hour race is compiled of thousands of sailors from over 60 countries set to take place at multiple ports. This fundraising race connects sailing communities across the globe and is sure to bring exciting competition all for a good cause. Sailing with a smile on their face, competitors rush across different venues raising money for the Andrew Simpson Foundation. The Foundations is driven by their belief that all young people should have the ability to excel and succeed in life and work, promoting health and well-being. Be part of this fundraising competition that yearly brings together thousands of people for a charitable cause.

Pingtan is the place where it all started for Kiteboarding in China. The first Kiteboarding School was established in Pingtan's sandy beach, helping develop the sport in every way. Since then, thousands of new riders have joined this exciting sport in China.

The EUROSAF (European Sailing Federation) Championship will take place in the waters off the Portuguese town of Tavira. The 19 sailing champions of Europe will be crowned in this gathering that has over 150 sailors and more than 100 boats and boards compete against triumph. 14 European countries have sent their best sailors to compete in eight different disciplines, including single-handed and double-handed dinghies, plus sailboards and high performance dinghy. The race started in 1939 and it is a symbolic race that brings together the best of Switzerland’s sailing tradition.Every year they welcome mono-hulls and multihulls on Lake Geneva, starting in the city of Geneva. More than 500 boats fight each other on this 123 kilometre (66.5 nautical miles) course from Geneva to Le Bouveret and back. The EUROSAF (European Sailing Federation) Championship will take place in the waters off the Portuguese town of Tavira. The 19 sailing champions of Europe will be crowned in this gathering that has over 150 sailors and more than 100 boats and boards compete against triumph. 14 European countries have sent their best sailors to compete in eight different disciplines, including single-handed and double-handed dinghies, plus sailboards and high performance dinghy. They will compete over the 5-day competition to choose the youth champion of Europe in each of these disciplines. Follow the competition of the future talent of the sailing world as they sail across the waters of Tavira, on Nautical Channel.
