Surviving Mann
Mike Glover, Green Beret and retired CIA operative, joins Don to kick it up a notch for our contestants. What would Surviving Mann be without some log PT? If it’s good enough for the Seals - it’s good enough for our contestants. If that wasn’t hard enough, Don and Mike have the contestants do some tire pulling, a run, tug of war, land nav and a Tyrolean traverse over alligator infested water. Oh, and did we mention the 40mph wind and rain storm?

Host Chris Heaven kicks off episode one of Aftermath by taking a look into the contestants' mental headspace during the grueling first day. Surviving Mann
Still reeling from a mission briefing from the CIA, the contestants are thrown into a punishment for breaking protocol. It’s safe to say the contestants are having a sobering morning. However, the contestants are given a minor reprieve when Don assigns them to some stretch PT to give them a break before the ropes course gauntlet in the afternoon.

Surviving Mann
Surviving Mann returns with its most punishing season opener yet. In true Don Mann fashion, the bar is raised with a grueling 10-part physical readiness test—infused with a blast of hypothermia for good measure. Don himself calls it “the most brutal PT [he’s] ever witnessed,” and it’s clear the contestants are in for a world of hurt. To push them even further, MMA legend Ken Shamrock joins the fray, bringing his no-nonsense intensity to whip the group into fighting shape. Those who survive the trial by ice and exertion are rewarded with a chance to test-fire the lightest AR on the market—if they can still feel their trigger fingers.

Aftermath
Chris and Cindy sit down with Matthew and James for a recap of Day 3, and let’s just say they’ll be staying away from crunches for the foreseeable future. Matthew also lets us in on his weakness that he’s hoping to work through in the upcoming days. Surviving Mann
For the first time in Surviving Mann history, the contestants undergo intense combat training led by none other than Ken Shamrock—"the most dangerous man in the world." His relentless situation drills push this elite group beyond their limits, sharpening their instincts and forging next-level tactical readiness. As a new mission begins to take shape, the pressure mounts—and the team learns that the strongest among them will earn a game-changing reward. But in a world where every edge matters, not everyone is built to keep up. Fatigue sets in, tensions rise, and the difference between teammate and competitor begins to blur. With Shamrock watching closely, only the most disciplined will rise to meet the challenge—and prove they’re worthy of what lies ahead.

Surviving Mann
Back by unpopular demand, the infamous “Blah Line” returns—and it’s more brutal than ever. The contestants kick off the day with a hellish PT session that leaves bodies broken and spirits tested. Things only get rougher from there with a punishing stealth crawl over jagged rocks, grinding them down before they face Ken Shamrock’s infamous Lion’s Den training—a relentless gauntlet of pain, grit, and raw endurance. As Don Mann continues to forge a battle-ready team, the squad is thrown into breaching drills designed for high-stakes mission execution. It’s chaos, it’s calculated, and it separates the contenders from the pretenders. In the heat of the action, two standouts emerge from the ranks—earning the coveted role of designated breachers.

Surviving Mann
The day begins with a powerful dose of perspective as contestants hear real-life breaching stories from American heroes—reminders of the stakes they’re preparing for. The team is then introduced to a concealed firearm headrest safe designed for rapid-response vehicle defense. Next, it’s straight into the action with a preliminary course of fire using GreenLight sights, where top performers are pushed even further with a bonus round to test speed, accuracy, and composure under pressure. The intensity ramps up during a sentry scenario featuring SABRE CO₂ non-lethal cartridges, putting their stealth and judgment to the test. But just as the dust begins to settle, a new CIA briefing drops—and it’s the most dire yet. With mission reality closing in fast, the contestants close the day with a crash course in S.E.R.E. (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape) training, rounding out their classroom combat readiness with hard-earned grit.

This season of Surviving Mann: All Stars begins with a mission far bigger than the competition itself, fighting back aga…

All Stars
It’s go time. The mission day has come and the All-Stars have to rendezvous on a nearby island to pick up their supplies. When it comes to gear, Don pulls out all the stops to ensure mission success. From water jets and state-of-the-art fins to maximize speed, to finding a creative way to keep his team lethally armed without breaking any laws.. Don has a few surprises in store for the All-Stars.

All Stars
With a successful mission under their belts, the team of All Stars can relax and enjoy a day of diving.. or so they thought. The CIA is calling the team back into action for a VBSS mission to secure deadly poisons that are inbound for civilians. If the team thought the previous mission was challenging, this one makes it look like a cake walk. The All Stars must call upon all their training thus far to make it through this mission, when an unknown element threatens to jeopardize it and them.

Surviving Mann
The night mission is a go.. or so they thought. As the team readied for the night mission, word from HQ derails the plan. The team has to act fast to adapt to an ever-changing hostage situation. With an ingenious plan formed, some contestants have to go undercover to get the intel needed to complete the mission. See who this season's winner is on the nail-biter season finale of Surviving Mann.

Aftermath
With the mission imminent, Chris and Cindy sit down with Danny and Kyle for some last words on how the competition has been going so far. With Kyle still nursing a brutal hamstring pull, he gives us some insight on his unique running method. Cindy also chats with Autumn from Stream2Sea about her revolutionary product the team used today to beat the Florida sun.

All Stars
The best of the best are back to compete, and Don’s serving up a heaping plate of his signature 10-part PRT. A bear crawl down a mountain, log running and two-point planks are just some of Don’s welcome gauntlet. And the cherry on top—a 5k desert run. But the contestants only have themselves to blame. Because when you’re already amongst the elite, you have to do whatever it takes to find the one who stands above the rest.

All Stars
The challenges have only gotten started. In episode two, the teams must go beyond their limits to come out on top. From the brutal Blah line to building their own shelters with only a small ax, it’s a battle for scoring points and survival that’ll test these elite competitors like never before.

All Stars
After a grueling night braving the elements, the second half of the challenge continues. The All-Stars and Space Cowboys are pushed to the limit when they are tasked with fabricating their own survival structures. Then, catastrophe strikes on the rope climbs, a timber hitch tests the group’s endurance and the day finishes off with Uncle Sam’s Misguided Children’s stress course. Will the All-Stars make it through? Only time will tell.

All Stars
The CIA has called again, and Don has answered the call on behalf of the A-team. A team of special operatives are needed for a highly classified peace mission that could turn deadly at a moment's notice. To spearhead their mission training efforts, the team hits the range with some state-of-the-art SIRT pistols. Then, the gloves are off and the team gets their first course of fire for the season. After the fun course of fire, the team switches gears to knife throwing and fire building, with the help of Top Knives. It’s safe to say, these All-stars aren’t waiting a second.

All Stars
It’s a new day, which means Don takes the contestants' training to new heights..literally. But first, the All-Stars are split into teams for a searching mission, using Offgrid’s Faraday bags. Later, they’re introduced to the new ropes course, “The Odyssey”, to test their mental and physical fortitude, as well as their endurance, using a climbing wall. See who rises to the occasion and who suffers from "paralysis by over analysis” in this episode.

All Stars
With a night of torture behind them and a morning packed with PT, the All-Stars set their sights on the mission ahead. When Don introduces a 200-meter shooting evolution using Ace Precision Firearms, the group is eager—though they didn’t expect an air mattress to be part of the equation. Later, Nemo Arms ups the ante with a challenge featuring three of their firearms and a rugged desert terrain course of fire. Just as the contestants begin to wind down for the day, Olight steps in to illuminate the path to the next round of challenges.
