'Leeches & Shaved Heads & Tear Gas, Part 1" - In a special 2 hour Fear Factor five teams of 2 are bungied off a cliff while tied under a helicopter, must eat leeches, must run through a burning building, deal with the Wheel of Misfortune, and finally grab flags off a moving car while dangling of a crane. All is the hopes of winning $100,000.

Contestants collide with another vehicle causing their car to flip over.
Contestants must escape from a Plexiglas box while handcuffed and suspended from a helicopter two contestants advance to the finals.
Contestants must jump between speeding boats, retrieve weights from a tank of rotting squid and climb a flag pole 20 stories up.

Over the course of three days, six contestants compete against each other in three stunts designed to test them both physically and mentally.
For the first stunt contestants have to hang from a helicopter skit and drop into the water below as the helicopter flew over a buoy. Once in the water, they would have to retrieve a flag from underneath the buoy, swim with it to a platform, and clip it on a flagpole. Stunt two has them slug it out as they have to eat 10 live slugs and drink a shot of cow bile. For the final, contestants have to build a bridge on two cables from the top of one building to another and climb across the wooden slats provided moving them along the way. The contestant across the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion and win $50K.
Teams hang from a cargo net dangling from a helicopter, while their opponents fire water cannons at them eating the hottest peppers on the planet.

Perched on the hood of a car suspended 100 feet high by a giant electric magnet, contestants must switch it off, sending themselves and the vehicle plummeting toward a target on the ground.
