Jerry's uncontrollable sneezing leads to a playful chase around the room. Jane tries to administer cough syrup to him but fails until she cleverly puts on a doctor's attire and successfully treats him. However, their roles reverse when Jerry attempts to administer cough syrup to Jane, resulting in a comical chase and Jane's injury. Jerry then applies ointment to her injured leg, and they playfully continue their doctor and patient routine with their toys.
