Dracula heads for Transylvania before going to Hamburg to go after Alisa and her map, as Nicu and Lars try to stop him any way they can, putting their own lives in danger. Alisa and her friends are in deep trouble as they have been taken hostage by the Redmasks and will be sacrificed to the blistering sun.

Rikki comes to stay at Emma's house and stirs up the family unit by messing up the order of things. In trying to compete with Rikki, Emma tries to rebel and throws a party. Meanwhile Lewis wants to know why Cleo broke up with him concerned that he's not masculine enough for her.
Zane's back in town and still in love with Rikki. Although he believes she's not a mermaid anymore, things are still tense between them. Rikki assures Emma she can handle Zane they broke up and that's all there is to it. As Zane continues to try to win Rikki's affections, he realises she's still a mermaid and saves her from the threat of discovery.
Whilst recovering from her broken back, Tara discovers a hidden side to Ben who is volunteering in a hospital leukaemia ward performance and Kat tries to settle into First Year.
Tara risks serious injury and possible expulsion to compete in the Prix de Fonteyn Preliminary Round, and Kat is on top of the world when she's allowed back into the Academy.
