Wearing the suits causes quite the commotion in the genteel tearooms and antique store of Muskoka...
C & J sit down with their investment buddies Cherri and David and get started showing them their plan for the renovations. C&J promise to redesign and renovate the cottage in 10 weeks. There'll be minimal hassle for Cherri and David, just a great home in return for their investment. There isn't a moment to spare, as Colin and Justin need to show this outdated potential beauty some much needed TLC.
