It's potentially MUCH more expensive then they first thought. Therefore there 3 options – 1) do without, 2) Overstretch with credit and make the dream home a cash eating nightmare, or 3) find a way to make it happen by asking a couple of friends to join with them as investors and co-owners. Will Cheri & David say yes and how would they feel about sharing their dreams of a second home with two others?
