Australia's Uncle Toby's International Ironman Competition comes to LA. The Baywatch girls think all is fair in sports and convince the guys that they should compete as equals, setting the stage for a series of pranks between the men and women.

CJ rescues pro wrestler Hulk Hogan, who then tells the Baywatch team that he's in town with Randy Savage to try and prevent the closure of the Venice Boys' Youth Center. Hogan must take on Ric Flair in a cage match to prevent the closure.

Stephanie, Caroline and CJ become Charlie's Angels in a fun fantasy romp through 70's television as they try and catch an escaped psychopath bent on killing lifeguards.

Logan must help his friend Carmen raise $50,000 to keep her ranch, and Jessie Lee Harris is back in town just in time to help. Mitch finds himself in a deadly race for justice during his vacation in Baja, Mexico.

A mysterious, unseen creature begins attacking beachgoers, and it is up to the Baywatch team to find the creature. Meanwhile, Inside Sports Magazine wants a lifeguard for their swimsuit issue. Neely and Caroline compete for the cover.

Caroline blames herself for a teen's death in a fiery nighttime boating accident and goes through Critical Incident Stress. Pushing everyone away, Caroline begins partying to distract from her guilt. Can the team help her recover from her PTSD?
