Strange spider webs begin to appear all across the Juban District. As the girls investigate, they notice that these webs are all originating from the Dead Moon Circus.

Chibi-Usa and Usagi befriend a struggling young painter named Kamoi at the park. Later, Kamoi is visited by Cere-Cere, who asks the young man to paint a portrait of her.

Usagi and Chibi-Usa go to the dentist to get their cavities treated. Unbeknownst to the girls, the dental clinic is actually a trap set up by Palla-Palla to find Pegasus.

Usagi and her friends go to see a show at the Dead Moon Circus, which suddenly appears in Juban District, and are entertained by all the amazing tricks they see. But Momo starts acting peculiar and leaves the circus, causing Chibi-Usa to become worried.
