Lee Rin asks Moo Seok to join him in fighting the smallpox goddess (Mamashin). Meanwhile, Soo Ryun is tortured.

Lee Rin informs Jo Sang Heon that Sadam is the one who gathered the vengeful spirits. Sang Heon then explains what happened to King Haejong. Park Soo Jong refuses to ally with the 'lowly shaman' Sadam and has him thrown out.

Lee Rin asks Jo Sang Heon what happened to his father, but Sang Heon coldly turns him away, saying it's none of his business. Meanwhile, Sadam and Hojo are pleased, believing vengeful spirits will heal the dragon god.

Lee Rin is worried about Do Ha's wound. Seeing Lee Rin and Do Ha together, Jo Sang Heon stops Lee Rin. Moo Seok is surprised to see Sang Heon take down five thugs at once.

Kisan suspects Park Soo Jong of smuggling Lee Rin out. Enraged by news that Park moved troops, Kisan questions if Park is threatening him. Lee Rin and Do Ha hide in the underground storage of the Jamojeonga guesthouse.

Lee Rin, clinging to a narrow ledge on a cliff, is pulled up to safety by Do Ha. The ghost trio tells Lee Rin and Do Ha to flee while they lure away the military officers.

Kisan draws his sword on Lee Rin, accusing him of lying about his ability to see ghosts. Meanwhile, Sadam identifies Do Ha as a shaman of the Hae-wol, Hae-il, and Hae-si, and brings her before Kisan.

Lee Rin offers a hand to Do Ha, who is in a cage, but she immediately throws him over her shoulder. Meanwhile, Park Soo Jong plans to appoint Lee Rin as the Director (Jejo) of Sogyukseo.

The ghost trio (Fat Minister, Attendant Song, and Rang) crosses the Samdo River (river to the underworld) and lingers around Lee Rin. Meanwhile, King Kisan is unable to sleep due to Sadam's spell.

While trying to save 'Yeon Ha', the only Mago tribeswoman who can bloom the flower, Haejong is ensnared by Sadam's magic. Succumbing to madness, King Haejong brings great tragedy to the palace.

Meteorites fall on Hanyang, breaking the palace's barrier and allowing ghosts (gwimul) to invade. They attack Prince Lee Rin, who falls mysteriously ill. King Haejong learns the only cure is the 'Millennium Flower' and departs for Mount Baekdu to find it.

After Se-rin's death, Jung-tae becomes the prime suspect. Meanwhile, Hyung-joo begins to doubt Young-woong's true intentions.

Lee Shin's ominous words foretelling death shock the resetters. Amid the confusion over who will be next, a new truth begins to emerge.

Hye-in's death takes Hyung-joo and Ga-hyun's investigation into a new phase. Meanwhile, Lee Shin's hidden past slowly comes to light.

Hyung-joo and Ga-hyun track down who sent the mysterious flower basket and why. Along the way, they stumble upon an unexpected clue that shocks them.

The tangled relationships among the resetters begin to unravel, and Ga-hyun and Hyung-joo join forces to uncover the truth behind the series of deaths.

Ga-hyun becomes the prime suspect in Yeon-soo's murder case and finds herself cornered. Meanwhile, Hyung-joo discovers a new, disturbing fact about Jung-tae.

Do Hyun and Ri Jin recall the shocking truth about their past and fall into panic. Tae Im becomes busy trying to suppress an article about Jun Pyo, while Hwa Ran smiles in satisfaction. Meanwhile, Do Hyun learns from Tae Im the full story behind the fire at the Seung Jin mansion 21 years ago.

Do Hyun takes Ri Jin on a farewell trip aboard the Snow Flower Train. Shin Hwa Ran plots to ensure Do Hyun stays with Seung Jin Group, while Chairwoman Seo Tae Im meets privately with Ri Jin.

Do Hyun begins to recall his lost memories, while Ri On decides to investigate who was behind Ri Jin's childhood abduction. Ri Jin tries to recall her own past for Do Hyun's sake, but he worries for her. Hwa Ran panics when Do Hyun declares he'll make her illness public.
