Then he hangs out with a culinary artisan who has been living in the city for many generations and learns what it takes to cook an authentic Hanoi cuisine.

Kevin is a retired, successful businessman. He is a single dad to Shannon and Jennifer. Shannon has been accepted into the Ontario Veterinarian College at the University of Guelph, which is Canada's leading program in veterinary health care. This is the reason they are moving to Guelph. Lori and Jason bought a beautiful old house about 3 years ago and renovated the entire place, except for an awkward old kitchen space that's attached to their son Atticus's room.
